  • ArtWall Space - 4’H × 4’W: $200/month or 4’H × 6’W: $250/month - Perfect for paintings, wall art, decor
  • 6x4 Rack Premium - 6’H × 4’W × 1’D: $450-$550/month - Higher visibility, justified premium
  • 6x4 Rack - 6’H × 4’W × 1’D: $400-$500/month - Best for general merchandising
  • 6x2 Rack End Of Aisle - 6'H × 2’W × 1’D: $350-$450/month -Consider adding lighting for extra appeal
  • 6x2 Rack - 6’H × 2’W × 1’D: $250-350/month - Slim profile, great for smaller vendors



The Gathering Space

Located at the back of the store, our Events Area serves as a vibrant community hub where creativity and connection come to life. It’s the perfect setting for workshops, pop-ups, and small events that bring customers and makers together.

Perfect for:

  • Community meetups and networking sessions
  • Seasonal pop-ups or themed markets

Usage Options:
→ Single-Use Event Rental: 20% of ticket sales (10% for in-house vendors) or a flat rate of $360 ($180 for in-house vendors) for up to 3 hours per session

Also Included:

  • Basic seating and display setup
  • Access to water, kitchen, electricity, Wi-Fi, and ambient lighting

At Handmade Co-Op, our goal is to make it effortless for artisans to connect with the public, share their craft, and celebrate creativity, 

all under one inspiring roof.

Payout & Payment Schedule

At Handmade Co-Op, we believe transparency and consistency matter. That’s why both rent payments and vendor payouts follow the same simple bi-monthly rhythm, so everyone stays in sync.Vendor 

Vendor Payouts:

  • Payouts for your sales are also made on the 1st and 15th of each month.
  • Each payout covers all transactions recorded and settled during the prior pay period.
  • Sales reports are shared weekly for full visibility.

Rent:

  • Rent is collected twice a month, in two equal installments.
  • Payments are due on the 1st and 15th of each month.
  • For example: If your monthly rent is $400, you’ll pay $200 on the 1st and $200 on the 15th.
  • Whenever possible, rent will be automatically deducted from your sales payout balance.
  • If your payout balance doesn’t fully cover the rent amount, the remaining balance is due via Zelle within 48 hours of notification.
  • We’ll send a friendly reminder before each due date, so nothing catches you by surprise.


This bi-monthly cycle keeps cash flowing regularly, for both you and the Co-Op, while ensuring every vendor is paid promptly and fairly.

Deposit Policy

To secure your space at Handmade Co-Op, the following payments are collected at sign-in:

  • First month’s rent
  • Last month’s rent
  • 50% of one month’s rent as a security deposit

This ensures your display space is reserved and provides a smooth start for both you and our team.

After your initial sign-in, rent is automatically deducted from your sales payouts twice per month (on the 1st and 15th). 

No Florida commercial rent tax applies as of October 1, 2025.

Commission Structure

Every vendor sale contributes to keeping Handmade Co-Op running smoothly and beautifully.

  • 20% total commission applies to all sales.
  • 10% goes directly to the vendor working a store shift as a sales bonus.
  • 10% goes to Handmade Co-Op to cover shared costs such as packaging materials, marketing, staffing, and operational expenses.

This system ensures that both the co-op and its makers benefit from every transaction, creating a fair, sustainable model where everyone thrives together.
